  * Breakdown - The failure of a covered part to perform the function for which it was designed under normal service and   usage of the unit due solely to its condition.

Certain exclusions such as cable, satellite and telephone wiring, cosmetic damage, and more apply. See contract for a specific list of covered parts in each component group. Only the parts listed are covered. For a complete list of exclusions, please refer to the Exclusions section of the service contract.

Additional Benefits

24-Hour Roadside Assistance
 • Towing and Wrecker Service – up to $300 per    occurrence**
 • Flat Tire Change – up to $50 per occurrence**
 • Emergency Gas Delivery – up to $50 per    occurrence**
 • Battery Jump Service – up to $50 per occurrence**
 • Key Lockout Service – up to $50 per occurrence

Substitute Transportation
Reimbursement, if a breakdown* occurs, for substitute transportation up to $40 per day, not to exceed $240 per repair visit.**

Trip Interruption
Reimbursement for hotel and restaurant expenses up to $100 per day for a maximum of five days if a breakdown* occurs 100 miles or more from your primary residence.
Maximum benefit per occurrence: $500**

Service Calls
Payment or reimbursement for a service call, not to exceed $100 per breakdown*, if the vehicle cannot be transported to a licensed repair facility.

Food Spoilage
Payment or reimbursement of $50 per occurrence for food spoilage due to a breakdown*. Maximum benefit: $250 for the life of the service contract.

 

Optional Coverages (Surcharges Apply)

1. Commercial Use Coverage
Available only for new units.

2. Navigational Package (Chassis Only)
Compass, global positioning system (GPS), on board communications system, GPS satellite antenna, back-up warning system, and electronic driver information display and module.

3. Consequential Loss Coverage
If a breakdown* occurs on a non-covered part due to the failure of a covered part, certain non-covered parts will be repaired. See the service contract for details.

4. Towing Upgrade
Reimbursement to have the unit transported to the nearest qualified repair facility, in the event the unit becomes disabled, not to exceed a maximum of six hundred dollars ($600) per occurrence.

IN FLORIDA, BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED BY UNITED SERVICE PROTECTION, INC. In California, Louisiana and Washington, benefits are provided by United Service Protection Corporation. In Oklahoma, benefits are provided by Assurant Service Protection Inc. In Massachusetts, benefits are provided by the selling dealer. In all other states, benefits are provided by Federal Warranty Service Corporation.
